After Care Supervisor/Afternoon Preschool Support

Ada Christian School is seeking candidates for an After School Child Care Supervisor position. This role focuses on providing safe, Christ-centered care for Preschool–5th grade students after school and supporting preschool classrooms during afternoon transitions, while communicating with families and staff, managing daily schedules, and creating a welcoming environment for students and families.

Band Assistant

Ada Christian School is seeking candidates for the 5th - 8th grade Band Assistant position. The Band Assistant is a Christ-centered support staff member who partners with the 5th - 8th grade band director to foster a positive, organized, and engaging musical environment. This role supports students’ musical growth and confidence through rehearsal assistance, preparation of materials, and coordination of events, while modeling a servant-hearted attitude and encouraging students to use their God-given gifts.

General Accountant

Ada Christian School is seeking candidates for a part-time Accountant position. This role will assist both the School and the Foundation by preparing journal entries, maintaining general ledger accounts, and overseeing the accounts payable process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to supporting the financial operations of the school in a way that aligns with the mission of Christian education. This position reports to the Business Manager and works closely with the Independent Auditor and other accounting staff. The position is part-time (16–20 hours per week) with a flexible schedule and potential for additional accounting responsibilities and hours in the future.
