Off-Campus Learning: Day 07

A Note from Principal Brower

Welcome to school. This is a great week for learning!

A Change -- Daily Lesson Plans Posted Earlier

To allow parents time to review lesson plans for the next day, lesson plans are now being posted at 6:00pm for the next day. Dates are listed at the top of all lesson plans.

Video Conferencing Pilot

Some, but not all, of our ACS teachers are piloting video conferencing with students as we prepare for the possibility of an extended closure. So your child(ren) may have an opportunity to participate over the next few days.

Quote for the week:

Daily Devotion

Listen: Now we will turn our focus towards Holy Week hearing stories of Jesus’ final days on earth. Please listen to a reading from “Journey to the Cross” by Helen Haidle called “A New Promise”.

Respond: How is Jesus like the passover lamb? Listen to the song and reflect on how Jesus made the sacrifice for you: Lamb of God.

Prayer: Dear Lord, Thank you that you took the greatest sacrifice for us when you went to that cross. We love you Lord, please forgive us for all of the sins that we commit each and everyday. Help us to be more like you in the things that we say and do. Please continue to be with those who are hurting because of COVID-19, please be with all of our leaders who are making decisions. In Jesus Name, Amen
