SEED Market: Read through this final SEED update for important dates and reminders. All SEED products must be brought to school Thurs, Dec 10. Also, we need paper grocery bags for packaging the products. If you have any lying around home, please send them into school with your child.
Water Donations: Your child went home with their milk jug last week to collect money for an organization called “Water for South Sudan.” This organization builds wells in South Sudan in rural villages that don’t have access to clean water. Students were asked to raise money for wells by doing extra chores, giving money from savings, returning cans, raking leaves, shoveling snow, any other creative ideas they may have! There is an opportunity for a friendly competition - the students who raise the most money (without receiving donations from family members) will earn a prize. Donations from family can be accepted as well, but may not count towards the child’s total. Change and dollar bills are accepted!
Christmas Auction: Our Christmas auction will take place December 18 and we are looking for donations! These donations can be used items from around the house that you no longer want/need (sports balls, Nerf hoops, purses, stuffed animals, etc). If you wish to donate items, please send them in with your student. Thank you in advance!
