A Note From The Principal

Grow In Jesus

Our Y5s-1st graders blessed us with the creation story and reminded us to grow in grace, grow in love and grow in Jesus! If you were in attendance on Tuesday night, you were surely blessed.

Our God loves us and those in attendance were blessed by the energetic voices of our students as they sang about that great love!

This Week

"Faith. Strong." Friday - Apr 19

As we go out into our community on Friday for Earth Day, we encourage all students, staff and parents to wear their Ada Christian spirit wear. The class with the highest level of participation (calculated by percentage) will win a popsicle party!

So, let's rally together and make this "Faith. Strong." Friday a memorable one! Students, this is your chance to show off your Ada Christian spirit wear, support your class, and potentially cool off with a tasty popsicle party. Let's aim for 100% participation and demonstrate what it truly means to be "Faith. Strong." at Ada Christian.

We hope to see you and your friends at Fine Arts Night! Come see all of the hard work your students have put in this year.

    Staffing Updates

    Dear ACS Community,

It is with mixed emotions that I share with you I have accepted a new position at Rockford Christian School as the Director of Nature-Rich Learning next school year.  I had not been seeking an opportunity to leave ACS, but after much consideration and prayer I feel confident it is the next step God has for me and my family.  I will sincerely miss being a part of the ACS community and staff.  I am grateful to you all for the wisdom you have imparted and the memories we made over these years. Thank you all.

    Sincerely,
    Reuben Sportel

      Action Needed

      Earth Day Volunteers

On Friday, April 19 our K-7 students will buddy up and deliver plants to our neighbors in the Adacroft neighborhood to celebrate Earth Day. We are in need of parents to ride the bus with students and teachers from ACS to Adacroft and then walk with the students and teachers in the neighborhood delivering plants. Sign up to help!

Thank you for your consideration. We look forward to seeing you!

      School Lunch Negative Balances

We are asking parents to catch up on their student's negative balances. All positive balances roll over to the next school year.  If you have a student graduating we will transfer their balance to a sibling's account or a designated person you want to gift them with. When catching up on balances, please remember to add extra to get your student through to the end of the school year.

      You can make a deposit at grchristian.familyportal.cloud, there is no charge to make a payment with a credit or debit card. Questions, please email Jill at ;

Check out the menu and plan for the month of April!
