Teaching at Ada Christian is a wonderful opportunity to help students grow in their musical abilities and make a joyful noise to the Lord (Psalm 98:4). Through the gift of music, I aim to nurture each student’s God-given talents while sharing biblical truths that encourage and guide them in their personal walk with Christ.

I graduated from Grand Valley State University in April 2025 with a Bachelor's in Music Education. I am also an Afghanistan veteran having served with the United States Army, and I continue to serve in the Michigan National Guard with the 126th Army Band.

I am happily married with six children and enjoy writing music, fishing, watching and playing hockey, and volunteering with the Northern Lights Drum and Bugle Corps, a non-profit competitive marching ensemble I founded with some friends.
