Philippians 4:13 "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

Jesus Christ is my personal Savior and the Lord of my life. My life is committed to joyfully serving and praising him. It is my privilege to share my love for the Lord with students and to encourage them in their faith journey as we explore the wonders of his world.

I have a bachelor's degree in Language Arts from Calvin College and a master's degree in Teaching Reading from Western Michigan University. I have taught students in a variety of grade levels, and I have also worked as a reading specialist.

I enjoy spending time with my family. We enjoy sports, camping, beach time, and traveling.

My family has been blessed by Christian schools. I, my children, and now my grandchildren have all had the privilege of attending Christian schools. I am excited to be a part of the Ada Christian School family.
