Michele Hoffman

“May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart
Be acceptable in Your sight,
LORD, my rock and my Redeemer.” Psalm 19:14

I was raised on a dairy farm in Ionia County and graduated from Cedarville University. I taught 1st - 3rd grades in Fellowship Baptist Academy in Carson City before getting married. We moved to southeast Alto, Michigan, and I began teaching 3rd/4th grade at Barry County Christian School until our daughter was born. I left the classroom to become a homemaker and eventually substitute taught when our children were both in school. Both our Children attended and graduated from Dutton Christian School. I have served the LORD the past few years in Bible Study Fellowship as a leader and serve in the children’s department at Forest Hills Baptist Church where we are members.

The Hoffman household enjoys animals! There are 3 cats, 1 corgi dog, and 21 chickens. I have many hobbies, but my favorites are quilting, collecting eggs, gardening, playing board games, and reading.

I am excited to share my love for all things mathematics with the middle school students at Ada Christian. We can learn anything with practice. When we make mistakes, we have opportunities to grow!
