I have been working outside in some form for almost 20 years. I love being outside in God's creation. It is amazing to see all that God has done for us in just His creation. I graduated from Cornerstone University in 1999 with a BA in Business Management.

My husband James and I have 3 children. Summer is my favorite season in Michigan as that allows time to spend on the beach of Lake Michigan. Water is my happy place. I love being outside doing anything. I also enjoy reading and doing things with my kids.

I am blessed to have been raised by Christian parents who instilled from the time that I was young that it is important to relay on Christ to be saved. I accepted Jesus as my Savior when I was 5 years old. Since then He is at the core of everything that I do. I have been active in various ministries throughout my life. Most of those ministries have always revolved around kids whether it was in AWANA or as a Sunday School teacher or just holding babies in the nursery. I feel that is important to model Christ to all ages. We are currently active at our church Keystone Community Church in Grand Rapids.
