"May the God of Hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit."
– Romans 15:13

It is a delight to be able to work with young children and share with them the hope and joy we have in knowing our Lord Jesus Christ. Kindergarten lays the foundation for future schooling and it is exciting to be part of the spiritual, academic, social, and personal growth that occurs over the course of this important year. It is a great joy to get to know each child and all that is special about them. Each one is a precious gift from God!

I attended Calvin College and earned my B.A. in Elementary Education. I earned my Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education from GVSU. I began my teaching career in Pennsylvania teaching third and fourth grades at a Robinson Township Christian school. I returned to Michigan to teach preschool and kindergarten. I have been teaching kindergarten at Ada Christian since 1998.

My husband and I have one daughter. We are members of Cascade Fellowship. I enjoy reading, working in my flower gardens, making digital scrapbooks, traveling, and creating special memories with my family.
