"Faith. Strong." Friday

It’s that time again. All students, staff and parents are encouraged to wear their ACS gear to school this week Fri, Sept 11.

Moms In Prayer

This week we’re praying for our administrative, front office staff and ACS board members: God is our Finisher — One who completes, perfects, and fulfills; brings to an end

Scripture: Jesus, may our only aim be to finish the race and complete the task You have given us—the task of testifying to the good news of God’s grace. From Acts 20:24b

We’re a group of Moms (aunts/grandmas) passionate about lifting up our kids and ACS faculty and staff in prayer. We meet every Thursday morning 8:00-9:00am. Younger siblings are always welcome! This week we’re meeting in Ada Village, across from the Zeytin Restaurant. Come join us for the journey when you can.

Direct Your Dollars

Do you shop at D&W, Forest Hills Foods, or Family Fare?  If so, please save your receipts! SpartanNash gives Ada Christian School a $1,000 check for each $150,000 in receipts collected. We just received our fourth check for $1,000.

BBQ, watermelons, popsicles...make use of all those fun summer purchases by submitting your receipts. Last year we practically hit a goal from the summer collections alone!

The money earned through this program goes directly back to our students through the PTO. Ask your family and friends to save receipts too! Every little bit helps. Send your receipts to school with your child and they will be collected by their teacher.

Questions? Please contact Kristen Yeh (, 616.307.2488).
