A Note From The Principal

Beauty - God's Handiwork

Psalm 19:1- The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of His hands. This verse came to mind as so many of us experienced the solar eclipse!

As I walked through certain sections of the ACS campus, I couldn’t help but notice this tree and flowers near the Outdoor Education room. Psalm 96:12 states, “Let the fields be jubilant, and everything in them; let all the trees of the forest sing for joy.” To me, this tree is once again bursting with life and all of its beauty reminds me to thank God for His creation, His handiwork.

As Spring flourishes, take the time to praise God for His beautiful creation!

This Week

Autism Awareness Month

April is Autism Awareness Month. Autism Spectrum Disorder is a developmental disorder characterized by behavioral and communicational affections that impact a person’s ability to navigate social interactions and also causes repetitive and restricted behaviors. Autism Awareness Day is celebrated on April 2nd each year. People around the world will Light It Up Blue to raise awareness for all the people living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Ada Christian School will be celebrating on Friday, April 12. Everyone is encouraged to wear something blue in support of understanding and accepting people with autism.
