Teaching at Ada Christian allows me to share Jesus with God’s children through his Word and nature. I believe students learn best when you meet them where they are! God gave us each unique gifts to share with this world.

I have had the privilege to teach in several West Michigan schools including most recently East Grand Rapids Public Schools and Forest Hills Presbyterian Preschool. I received both my undergraduate and masters degree from Grand Valley State University with an emphasis in educational differentiation.

My husband Joe and I love the West Michigan Community. I graduated from Grand Rapids Christian and we attend New Community Church. We have been blessed with two children, our daughter Elsa, and our son Leo. As a family we enjoy camping and being outside in God’s wondrous creation.
