At Ada Christian School I have the opportunity to help students learn by coming alongside them. We work together to gain the tools the students need to serve Christ and his Kingdom.

Baltimore, Maryland, was my first home. There, public schools provided my early education. At the University of Maryland, College Park, I earned degrees in Special Education and Elementary Education. After many years of teaching I earned a Masters in Reading at Arcadia University in Philadelphia.

My husband and I attend Church of the Servant where we enjoy worshiping, working and fellowshipping with the community of believers. Working and worshiping with recent immigrants is a very rewarding and spiritually uplifting opportunity. Our daughter is married and is a special education teacher in the Chicago Public Schools and our son designs revolving and automatic doors. He lives in Chicago as well.
