Troubleshooting & the ACS Helpdesk

If an issue arises with a school provided device please follow the following steps as you troubleshoot. 

1. Restart: The first step that solves many laptop problems is to restart the laptop.

2. Ask 3 Others: If restarting the computer didn't help, please contact a classmate or teacher for advice.

3. Contact the Help Desk:  If you are unable to result the issue with your school laptop, please submit a ticket to helpdesk.adachristian.org and/or bring your laptop to the help desk in the middle school student center when you are at school. If it is necessary that the laptop requires reimaging or further hardware/software troubleshooting, a spare laptop may be available.
