The Ada Christian School board sets vision and policy for the school. Members are elected from the constituency for three-year terms.
Parent Teacher Organization (PTO)
The purpose of the Parent Teacher Organization is to enhance the education and enrich the environment of our students and the staff in a variety of ways. The Parent Teacher Organization coordinates the following areas, all of which benefit from the efforts of volunteers:
- Staff Support
- Hospitality
- Hot lunch program
- Extracurricular activities
- Field trip funding
K.I.D.S. Program
K.I.D.S. "Kicking in for the Development of Students" is a tuition-reduction incentive program established to assist both present and future ACS families by giving them the opportunity to accumulate tuition credit.
Ada Christian School Education Foundation
The mission of the Foundation is to ensure the future of Christian education at Ada Christian School through the creation of an endowment fund.
PurePlay is an instructional league that offers a positive Christian environment where children grades 2 through 5 can learn the fundamentals of sports as well as good sportsmanship and how to play together as a team. Our primary goal is for children to have fun and enjoy activity. Although winning is pleasurable it is not of utmost importance in our league. It is our desire that students learn how to win respectfully and lose graciously. Each Coach, Referee, Director and Parent acts as a Christian role model and must seek to set the best example he/she can for our students. We have accomplished our goal at the end of a session if a child has learned more about the game, had a positive experience, and looks forward to playing the next session.
